Activity Centres

West Lothian has a huge range of adventurous activities on offer from kayaking and windsurfing through corporate team building to archery and clay pigeon shooting.
 

Beecraigs Country Park

Nestled high in the Bathgate Hills, Beecraigs is a one thousand acre Country Park offering a wide range of recreational opportunities including trout fishing, a trout farm, deer farm, Image of fish farm target and field archery courses, orienteering, pioneering, hillcraft, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, barbecue and picnic areas, trim course, woodland walks, play area and a caravan/camping site.
 
A restaurant/bar and sawmill is also in the Park. Countryside Ranger Service assists the public in their enjoyment of the countryside. Activities, guided walks, environmental education, illustrated talks and summer events are on offer from the Ranger Service.

Kingsfield Leisure

Located on the outskirts of Linlithgow, Kingsfield Leisure is a 4 Star Visit Scotland Activity Centre offering Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, a Golf Practice Range and even Helicopter Pilot training!

Low Port Education Centre

Low Port Centre provides a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for groups and individuals of all ages and abilities, and also boasts a residential wing and other facilities that are available for hire. Activities include kayaking, windsurfing and sailing on Linlithgow Loch.

Racing Karts

Racing Karts located on the Deans Industrial Estate in Livingston is West Lothian's very own indoor kart racing circuit. They are open to both individuals and groups and can provide a number of scenarios for corporate team building exercises.

Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, Ratho

Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, Ratho is the premier location in Britain if not the world for climbing indoors, with both artificial walls and natural rock climbing under cover on the face of the quarry.
