A series of Workshops and Seminars, aimed at people thinking of starting up in business, are run regularly in either Livingston or Edinburgh by Business Gateway.
Business Gateway Seminars and Workshops are delivered to give clients the opportunity to hear first hand from people who "have been there and done it." Guest entrepreneurs share their insight and experiences to help individuals gather the information they need to begin the start-up process.

These workshops are interactive, helping participants to investigate each topic area for themselves and encourage the necessary actions to get started.

Social Media Masterclass

Specially tailored for the small/medium business community in Scotland this is an interactive, hands on, one day session suitable for everyone who wants to see business benefits from Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and the rest.

SDP Find It, Win It, Keep It (Edinburgh)

The object of this training is to debunk some of the myths and present in a practical way the tremendous range of opportunities that you can access once you master prequalification and the invitation to tender process.
