A West Lothian based catering company is to feature on BBC1 Reporting Scotland this evening (Tuesday 16th February 6.30 - 7.00pm).
Hyndberry Ltd, which uses local Scottish seasonal produce, undertake private and corporate event catering, ready meals home delivery and cookery lessons in basic skills. The company was recently involved in cooking demonstrations with tastings at New Hopetoun Gardens near South Queensferry. The theme was how to make the most of the last of the winter vegetables harvest. The event was filmed by BBC Scotland for a feature on growing your own vegetables, harvesting the vegetables after you have lovingly cared for them all season and how to get the most enjoyment out of cooking and eating them. www.hyndberry.co.uk
