The Fastlink Project improved the A899 Livingston Road for all road users to allow for the introduction of a new high quality bus service, initially providing regular services between Livingston and Edinburgh.
New bus halts will be constructed at three locations along the length of the A899 Livingston Road - these will allow quick and easy access to the new bus services that have been introduced.
Major alterations have also been made to Houstoun Interchange (and will later be made to Cousland Interchange) to ensure that these new facilities are safe to use.
