Town Centre Development

The council's economic development service works in partnership with a variety of trader, community and town centre management groups in order to promote development and investment activity in it traditional town centres - Bathgate, Whitburn, Armadale, Linlithgow, Broxburn and Uphall.

Shop Front Improvement Grants are available in Armadale, Bathgate, Broxburn & Uphall and Whitburn. Full details can be found online.
