Situated to the west of Linlithgow, Mill Road Industrial Estate is equidistant from junctions 3 and 4 of the M9, Edinburgh to Stirling motorway - approximately 2.5 miles.

Mill Road is a traditional, general needs industrial estate comprising a range of industrial and office uses falling within planning Use Classes 4 and 5.
