Whitburn

Business locations in Whitburn present a mix of traditional and brand new.

Burnhouse is a traditional, general needs industrial estate to the south west of the town, comprising a range of industrial and office uses falling within planning Use Classes 4, 5 and 6.  It has proved popular with small businesses. You can download a map and index of Burnhouse Industrial Estate here.

Heartlands is West Lothian's newest Business Park.  Immediately adjacent to the M8 the Park will be served by a new interchange (junction 4a).  Internal site infrastructure has been completed and sites are now being marketed by the partners - Ecosse Regeneration and West Lothian Council.  The 80 hectare site is ultimately expected to support more than 1500 jobs.  For more information visit the Heartlands web site.
