Following a report by John F. McClelland (CBE) in March 2006, a number of recommendations were made on how the Public Sector could improve their procurement strategy for goods and services. Moving forward, West Lothian Council recommend that suppliers attend seminars/training courses in order to keep their finger on the pulse to changes to Public Sector Procurement.
