Comments and Complaints
- As part of our commitment to customer service the Procurement team have a complaints procedure in place. In the last year we have received and recorded four complaints about Procurement Services from suppliers. Only one of which was upheld, resulting in review and improvement of tendering processes.

- We have not received any complaints from our customers. However we have received 7 positive comments from our customers in the last year. If you are unhappy about our service or we have not done something we said we would, please let us know. Problems can arise without our knowledge so we welcome the opportunity to put matters right. We also like to hear when a service is delivered well. In both cases, we value your opinion!
