Alternatively take a look at some of the training and development sites available on the web. A good place to start is learndirect who have a comprehensive selection of online courses and information about thousands of other courses as well.

West Lothian College works closely with West Lothian Council to help SMEs achieve their full business potential through training courses targeted at businesses or as consultants offering more detailed analysis of local businesses. Thanks to European Structural Funds (ESF) they are able to offer free training to Small and Medium Businesses with a range of online courses including Communications Skills, Sales Skills, Leadership and IT.

They also offer Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in Management at Level 3 and Level 4 and Learning and Development at Level 3. These comprehensive qualifications worth over £1500 are delivered through a mixture of Lectures, Coursework and Online Learning are available FREE to all Small and Medium Businesses.
