Winning in today's environment requires an entrepreneurial outlook on the management and growth of your business. The best place to start is to analyse yourself and your business. If whatever you do doesn't work you must be flexible - you must change your plan if the current one does not produce the required results. There are also many government-funded or government-supported programs which offer guidance for budding and existing entrepreneurs and business managers.
